B. MASHARTI YA UKODISHAJI
1. The renter will not hold KARIBU JETSKI responsible for any damage or injury including loss of life while operating and renting Jet ski /
Mmiliki au wakala wake hatawajibika kwa mkodishwaji juu ya swala lolote kama kifo na/au hasara au maumivu yatokanao na kuumia kutoka na matumizi ya jet ski wakati wa kukodisha.
2. The renter shall be responsible for any damage caused during operation and renting the jet ski /
Mkodishwaji anakubali kulipa gharama za matengenezo endepo atasababisha uharifu wa jet ski.
3. The renter is prohibited to ride the jet ski near the see shoreline, boats and other jet ski /
Mkodishwaji haruhusiwi kuendesha jet ski karibu na ufukwe au vyombo vingine vya majini.
4. Rough and reckless riding will result in termination of the rental with no refund /
Endapo mkodishwaji atabainika kutumia vibaya jet ski kwa kuendesha kwa uzembe uliopindukia basi Mmiliki atakuwa na haki ya kuvunja mkataba pasipo kurejesha malipo ambayo yameshalipwa.
5. If you exceed your time you will be charged extra at the rate of $2 per one minute /
Endepo mkodishwaji atazidisha muda wa kukodisha jet ski basi atalipa $ 2 kwa kila dakika inayozidi.
6. A person under the influence drugs/or alcohol will not operate the jet ski but can ride as a passenger /
Mtu aliyelewa/kunywa pombe/madawa ya kulevya hataruhusiwa kuendesha jet ski.
7. The renter is advised to ride within eyesight for humanitarian help. /
Mkodishwaji anashauriwa kuendesha umbali mfupi ili kuweza kuonekana kwa ajili ya msaada wa kibinadamu endapo atapatwa na tatizo wakati wa kuendesha.
8. The renter agrees to be alert and vigilant the whole time while operating and renting the jet ski /
Mkodishwaji anamhakikishia mkodishaji wa jet ski kuwa atakuwa makini wakati wote wa kuendesha jet ski kwa kipindi chote alichokodi.
9. The renter understands, if he/she braches any of the outlined rule in this agreement will forfeit the rest of time and he/she will receive no refund. /
Mkodishwaji anaelewa kuwa kama atakiuka sharti mojawapo la huu mkataba basi atanyang’anywa/hatapewa jet ski bila kurudishwa malipo aliyokwisha kulipa.
